Smart Education through Smart Universities
Higher Education Commission provides various services to the education and research institutes in Pakistan and endures its commitment to provide full support, and the ICT strategy defined and followed towards proliferation of e-Academia society in the country is based on various interrelated and integrated components. Smart University concept has been envisaged in HEC Medium Term Development Framework (MTDF-III) for 2015-20 which comprises of (i) Smart Bags (Laptops), (ii) Smart Infrastructure, (iii) Smart Class Room and (iv) Smart Assessment.
