[Announcement] 4th Call for Proposals for the Asi@Connect Project

On behalf of the Asi@Connect project, TEIN*CC would like to release the 4^th Call for Proposals(CFP) to interested individuals or organizations who are willing to collaborate over TEIN networks and its peering networks.

This time Asi@Connect project takes two stages approach to award proposals as below. We believe that this new venture would reduce significant workload of proposers, as they do not need to prepare full applications from the beginning.

 B. Full application 

 Applicants selected of their concept notes will be invited to submit their full applications.

Secondly, we encourage private sector(s)’s engagement in the project as a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) approach. Close collaborations with them would contribute to secure sustainability of developing and emerging NRENs. There are, however, some conditions to abide by. So please find out them reading the materials.

Deadline for submission of concept notes: 15 July 2019

Acceptance notice on concept notes: 5 September 2019

Deadline for submission of full applications: 6 November 2019 

Notification of award: 31 January 2020

Contracts between TEIN*CC and awardees: February – April 2020
