PERN Infrastructure is operated and maintained by Higher Education Commission (HEC). Network is divided into different regions that is centrally administered from Islamabad. Besides the senior technical staff at HEC Islamabad, a team of qualified staff is deputed in every reigon to receive the directive from the center and solve the problem immidiately at the local level.

Trouble Reporting

In order to report any problems with PERN connectivity, submit a Trouble Ticket in the Fault Management System of pern and note down the Trouble Ticket Number.
